We've spent ten years building business automations. The dirty secret? The process hasn't changed. You still need developers, months of setup, and a team to maintain it. We built HeadlessOps because that's broken — and AI finally makes it possible to fix it.

What is HeadlessOps

Your business runs on repetitive work.
HeadlessOps automates it.

Most automation tools require your team to become automation experts. HeadlessOps doesn't. Describe what you want automated to your AI assistant — it builds the workflow, deploys it, and keeps it running. Your team stays focused on the business.

01

Describe it. It's done.

"Create a workflow that syncs new HubSpot contacts to Slack every morning." Done. Your LLM writes the integration, deploys it, and confirms it's running.

02

Works with Claude, Cursor, and every major AI assistant

HeadlessOps ships with a first-class MCP server. Add it to Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client in seconds. No custom tooling needed.

04

Secrets stay locked

Your AI references credentials by name — never sees the raw values. Store API keys, OAuth tokens, and secrets once; use them across every workflow.

05

Self-healing workflows

Ask your AI why something failed. It reads the logs, diagnoses the issue, and patches it. Every run is logged with inputs, outputs, timing, and errors.

06

One infrastructure, whole team

Every team member's AI works from the same shared integrations, credentials, and data stores. No silos, no duplication.

How it works

Your AI assistant becomes
your automation engineer

Three steps from "I want to automate this" to a running, monitored workflow — entirely through conversation.

Step 1 — Tell us what you want automated

You describe it. We connect everything.

Tell us what you want automated. We connect HeadlessOps to your AI assistant and your business tools. You are ready in one session — no tools to learn, no engineers to hire.

Your credentials stay locked in the HeadlessOps vault. Your AI references them by name and never sees the raw secrets.

Step 2 — Describe what you want

Just tell your AI what to automate

No workflow builder. No drag-and-drop. Just describe the business process in plain English and your AI writes the integration, deploys it, and confirms it's live.

You

Every time a deal closes in HubSpot, send a Slack message to #sales and create a task in Notion for the account manager.

Claude

Created workflow hubspot-deal-closed. Deployed and active. It will trigger on HubSpot deal stage → "Closed Won", post to #sales, and create a Notion task. Want me to test it with a sample payload?

Step 3 — Monitor & iterate

Ask your AI to debug, fix, and improve

Every run is logged at the step level. Ask your AI "why did the sync fail last night?" and it reads the logs, diagnoses the issue, and patches the workflow — all in one conversation.

No context switching. No dashboards. Your AI is your ops engineer, on call 24/7.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as a task?

A task is one execution of a workflow. A workflow that receives a webhook, creates a CRM contact, sends an email, and posts a Slack message counts as 1 task per trigger — regardless of how many steps it contains. If that workflow fires 1,000 times in a month, that's 1,000 tasks.

What is an Expert Hour?

An Expert Hour is one hour of hands-on work from a vatech.io automation engineer. They can build new integrations, debug existing ones, connect new data sources, or advise on automation architecture. Hours are included in Scale, Business, and Enterprise plans — additional hours are billed at $150/hr.

What happens if I exceed my task limit?

Overages are billed automatically at the end of the month at your plan's per-1k rate. You'll never be cut off mid-month. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll suggest upgrading to the next tier.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a ~17% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). Overages and extra expert hours are still billed monthly at the end of each month. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Questions? hello@headlessops.ai
